Enjoy Cake



Menu : Cake

Ingredients A.
100 gram All Purpose Flour
100 gram Cake Flour
2 tablespoon Milk Powder
1 1/2 teaspoon Baking Powder
1/4 teaspoon Salt
150 gram Super fine sugar

Ingredients B.
15 gram Ovalet
5 Eggs
1/2 teaspoon Vanilla
1/4 teaspoon Egg Yellow Color
100 gram Evaporated Milk

Ingredients C. (Mixed together)
15 gram Coco Powder
30 gram Melted Butter
30 gram Melted Butter


Preparation
Sifted ingredients A together use whisk just to combine
Putingredients B together use whisk just to combine, pour in A mixture
Use Hand - mixer beat on low speed 20 seconds, change to hing speed 5 minutes Change to low speed pour melted butter a little at a time about 1 minutes
Separated 2 parts of the mixtures, half of the mixture mixed with ingredients C, mixed well
Put some of butter around inside the pot, Press "START" and leave it for 3 - 5 minutes.
Spoon the mixture to the electric rice cooker by switch the color a little at a time
Select menu "CAKE" then Press "START" again steam for about 40 - 45 minutes

Zebra Cake




Menu : Zebra Cake

Ingredients A
1. 100 gram All Purpose Flour
2. 100 gram Cake Flour
3. 2 tablespoon Milk Powder
4. 1 1/2 teaspoon Baking powder
5. 1/4 teaspoon Salt
6. 150 gram Super fine sugar

Ingredients B
1. 15 gram Ovalet
2. 5 Eggs
3. 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla
4. 1/4 teaspoon Egg Yellow color
5. 100 gram Evaporated Milk

1. 30 gram Melted Butter
2. 15 gram Coco Powder
3. 30 gram Melted Butter

Method

Pancakerolls with sausage




Menu : Pancakerolls with sausage

Ingredients Pancake
1. 1 3/4 cups flour 2 teaspoons baking powder
2. 1 1/3 teaspoons salt 2 beaten eggs
3. 1 tablespoon ground sugar
4. 1/4 cup melted butter 1 cup milk

Method of Preparation
Sifi flour, baking powder, salt and sugar together.
Mix beaten eggs into the flour mixture lightly in a mixing bowl. using a wire whisk.
Add milk a little at a time and mix together. Add the melted butter and mix until smooth.
Heat a greased skillet. Pour 1/4 cup of the batter on a heated skillet. The batter will spread into a pancake 6 inches in diameter. The cake is ready to be turned when small bubbles form and break all over the surface. When baked on both sides. place 4-6 pancakes int a stack before adding the filling.

Preserved Pineapple and apple
1. 1/2 cup cubed pineapple 1/2 cup sugar
2. 1/4 teaspoon salt
3. 1 apple,sliced lengthwise into 1/2 cm. strips
4. 1/4 cup water 1/2 tablespoon lime juice

Method of Preparation
Mix the apple and lime juice
Mix pineapple, apple and sugar in a skillet. Add water and salt. Heat until both fruits are tender.


Pancake Rolls
1. 6 pancakes 6 long sausages
2. 1 cup presserved pineapple and apple

Method of Preparation
Make pancake following the above recipe.
Fry sausages by rolling evenly slit sausages on heated buttered skillet until the sausages are thoroughly heated.
Place heated sausages on pancakes. Top with preserved pineapple and apple, then roll and hold in place with a sharpened wooden stick.

Secret tips:
Pancake batter must be smooth. the eggs must be beaten before adding to the flour. This way egg and flour will mix together well. A wire whisk is a good tool to use for this mixing.
The butter should not be melted over the heat because the oil will separate. The pan should be removed from the heat when the butter starts to melt and continue the melting away from the heat. If the butter separates, the pancake batter will not be smooth. The butter should not be hot or the flour will be cooked, then the cake will not be light. Thick, flat skillet should be used to bake pancakes. The cake will not burn.

Spicy Oatmeal Cookies



Menu : Spicy Oatmeal Cookies
Ingredients
1. 1/2 cup shortening
2. 1 1/4 cups margarine
3. 1/2 cup sugar
4. 1 1/4 cup brown sugar
5. 1/4 teaspoon salt
6. 1 egg
7. 1 teaspoon vanilla
8. 1 teaspoon baking soda
9. 1 tablespoon cinnamon
10. 2 teaspoons baking powder
11. 250 grams raw oatmeal
12. 100 gram coarsely chopped cashew nuts
13. 1/2 cup cake flour
14. Chocolate chips for topping

Method of Preparation
Mix baking soda. baking powder, cinnamon, oatmeal, cashew nuts and cake flour together.
Beat the two kinds of sugar, salt, shortening and margarine until all the sugar dissolves (use medium speed of the electric beater).
Combine egg and vanilla into the sugar mixture. Combine th oatmeal and cashew nut mixture just until mixed. Refrigerate until retain the shape.
Form balls of about one heaping teaspoon. Place at 1 inch interval on a lightly greased baking sheet. Top with 3 chocolate chips. Let stand 10 minutes. Bake in 180 degrees Celsius oven 12-15 minutes. Remove from the baking sheet. Let cool before storing in a sealed container.

Secret tips
The oatmeal must be raw. If canned oatmeal is used, the cookies will be too dry and burnt. The shortening must be creamed with sugar before combining other ingredients. The mixture should not be over mixed. The cookies will be too flaky after baking. There should be 1 inch space between each ball of the mix on each row and place one alternately between rows to allow even heating.
